Every year, designers, journalists, event organizers, and many others waste hours trying to find logos, color codes, and brand files. They right-click your site logo, open press releases, and drag blurry PNGs out of screenshots. Or they send that awkward email: “Hey, do you have a vector version of your logo?”
It’s 2025. This should not still be a problem.
If your company, association, foundation, or whatever it is you have a site for is big enough that anyone might ever need your logo, you need a proper brand assets page. See our example. It’s the page where people can find:
- Your logo, in SVG, PNG, and maybe even EPS formats, preferably a “normal logo” and a version that can be used on dark sites and backgrounds, and maybe your “icon” version too.
- Your brand colors, with hex and maybe even CMYK values.
- Typography examples
- Usage guidelines, if you have any, for all of them.
A brand assets page saves everyone time, prevents misuse, and makes your organization look professional.
Why most sites don’t have one
Most organizations never think about having a brand page. Others know they should have a brand page, but building one takes (too much) time.
Designers end up rebuilding color grids by hand. Developers hardcode layouts. Brand guidelines live in outdated PDFs. And so the cycle repeats: inconsistent branding, wasted time, and frustrated partners.
That’s exactly the problem the Brand Assets plugin we created was built to solve.
Introducing the Brand Assets plugin
Brand Assets is a lightweight WordPress block plugin that helps you create and maintain a complete, professional-looking brand assets page directly on your website.
It’s designed for teams that care about clarity, design consistency, and ease of maintenance.

- Flexible layout: Adjust swatch sizes, borders, and gaps to match your brand style.
- Logo popover: Let visitors right-click your logo to see a friendly popover linking to your brand page.
- Download links: Automatically add
downloadattributes to file links; no code required. - Prebuilt page pattern: Insert a complete brand assets template with logos, colors, and typography in minutes.

Small details that make a big difference
Right-click logo popover
When someone right-clicks your site logo, they see a message like:
Looking for our logo? You’re in the right spot! Go to our brand assets page.
It’s a tiny interaction, but it makes your site feel more intentional, and it saves people from endless searching.
Want to see it in action? Right-click our logo and check it out.
Download links made simple
If you add the class ba-download to a list item in the block editor, the plugin automatically adds the download attribute to every link inside. This is perfect for when you want logos to be downloaded instead of opened in a new tab.
Why this matters
Your brand assets page isn’t just about convenience. It’s a sign of professionalism.
It helps others represent you correctly. It helps partners use your logo with confidence. And it helps your own team stay consistent.
When you make it easy for others to use your brand correctly, you build trust.
Get started
You can install the plugin from its GitHub today by downloading the zip file, uploading it to your WordPress site, and activating it. (We have submitted the plugin for review to the WordPress.org plugins directory, but that might take a bit as they’re currently a bit backlogged.)
Then: create a new “Brand Assets” page, insert the prebuilt pattern, and publish. You’ll have a clean, responsive, professional brand assets page in minutes and one less thing to maintain manually.
