Regular maintenance is key to a successful website – but it’s easy to forget about tasks like fixing broken links, improving site speed or cleaning up your structure. Progress Planner will invite all their Pro users for a challenge six times a year. These challenges help you tackle these tasks effectively, so your website always performs at its best.

1. Problem identification

Each challenge starts with an in-depth report. Progress Planner will analyze your site to uncover specific maintenance issues, like broken links or slow page speed. You’ll also be invited to a webinar hosted by an industry expert, where you’ll gain valuable insights into the problem and its impact. By focusing on one topic at a time, these challenges help you understand and prioritize key areas for improvement.

Once you have your report and webinar insights, we’ll guide you through solving the issues. You’ll get access to educational resources, including videos and text guides, tailored to your specific challenges. Additionally, join our hands-on workshop to ask questions and get practical advice directly from the Progress Planner team, ensuring you’re equipped to tackle the problems effectively.

Some challenges will return every year. Site speed and broken links need to be checked regularly. Other challenges will not be recurring yearly.

The challenges run in a specific period of time. This means that depending on when you join Progress Planner Pro, you’ll start with a specific challenge.
